I provide Google Ads management, conversion tracking setup, campaign audits, and related digital marketing services for local service businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon before work begins, either through written communication or a service agreement.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Audit: $150, one-time payment due before the audit begins
  • Launch & Setup: $500, one-time payment due before setup and build begins
  • Full Management: $750 for the first month, then $300/month thereafter

Prices are in USD and do not include Google Ads spend, which is billed directly by Google to your own account. Prices may change; any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect ongoing engagements without mutual agreement.

4. Engagement Terms

  • All services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts
  • Either party may cancel the engagement at any time with reasonable notice (typically 7 days before the next billing period)
  • Upon cancellation, you retain full ownership of your Google Ads account, tracking setup, and all data

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver effective results, I need your cooperation. By engaging my services, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to your Google Ads account, website, and analytics platforms
  • Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure your business operations, offerings, and website content comply with applicable laws and Google Ads policies
  • Maintain an adequate ad spend budget (recommended minimum: $500/month)

6. Results Disclaimer

While I use proven strategies and best practices to maximize your campaign performance, I cannot guarantee specific results. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside my control, including market conditions, competition, your service quality, seasonal trends, and your ad budget. Past results shown on this Website are from real client campaigns and are not guarantees of future performance.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Website (text, design, images, code) is the property of Abu Saeed and is protected by copyright
  • Case studies, screenshots, and results data are shared with client permission and may not be reproduced without authorization
  • Campaign strategies, ad copy, and tracking configurations created for your account become your property upon payment

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or my services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. My total liability for any claim related to my services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Confidentiality

I treat all client data, account information, and business details as confidential. I will not share your account data or strategies with third parties. Case studies and testimonials are only published with explicit client permission, and identifying details may be anonymized upon request.
