How do I know it's actually working?
Every engagement includes full conversion tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, call tracking, and form submissions. You'll see exactly which keywords and ads generate real customers, not just clicks. I send a clear weekly report with the numbers.
How long until I see leads?
Lead timing depends on demand, location, budget, and account history. I verify tracking before launch, then use the first weeks of data to improve search terms, bids, and ads. The published cleaning case study shows how performance changed over a 60-day rebuild.
What's my minimum budget?
Most local service clients start at $500 to $1,500 a month in ad spend, plus my management fee. Anything under $500 is hard to optimize because Google needs enough data. If your budget is tight, the campaign audit is a good first step to find what's already wasting money.
How much does Google Ads management cost?
There are two numbers to know: the ad spend (what goes to Google) and the management fee (what you pay me). Most local service businesses spend between $500 and $2,500/month on ads. My management fee starts at $300/month for an active campaign with existing conversion tracking; a full account build — campaigns plus tracking setup — is priced separately based on scope. I don't take a percentage of ad spend, so there's no incentive for me to push you toward a bigger budget than your business actually needs.
What if it doesn't work?
Everything is month-to-month, no contracts. You can stop anytime, and you keep full ownership of your Google Ads account, your tracking setup, and your data. I'd rather lose a bad-fit client early than waste your money.
Do you work with industries outside local services?
No. Local services is a different game from e-commerce or SaaS. Phone calls matter more than clicks. I've built deep playbooks for cleaners, plumbers, HVAC, detailers, contractors. I won't take on clients outside that zone because it wouldn't be fair to either of us.
